Can people see through solar screens at night?

Visibility changes with lighting. A fabric that limits views inward during the day may allow them when the room behind it is brighter at night.

Are solar screens hurricane protection?

Do not assume so. Treat a product as storm protection only if its specific approvals and installation support that use. Ordinary solar screens should not be described as hurricane shutters.

Can screens be installed on an existing lanai?
